Can I see the flowers before you send them?
Yes, our florist will send a video of your finished arrangement by email for your approval, before delivery.
Do you do events and weddings?
Yes, Flowers.ae is the highest rated florist in the UAE and offers events and wedding flower arrangement. Check out our wedding page to learn more.
What happens in case the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?
We will contact your recipient before delivery to confirm the location and convenient delivery time. If they are not available on that day, we will reschedule to suit their availability.
How can I be sure that the flowers arrive in good condition?
To ensure your complete satisfaction, once your order has been arranged, our florist will send a video of your finished arrangement by email for your approval, before delivery.
How will I know when the flower has been delivered?
An email or SMS will be sent to the sender when the flowers have been delivered to the receiver.
What is the lifespan of fresh flowers?
Our flowers are sourced from the finest farms in South America, Holland, France, Italy and Ethiopia and carry our freshness guarantee. Where possible, we deliver flowers close bud so they are fresh for 7 days.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all 7 Emirates in the UAE. (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al-Khaimah, Fujairah, Ajman, Umm Al-Quwain) with a corresponding deliver charge depending on your location
Can I specify a time for my order to be delivered?
Yes, we offer exact time delivery of your choice with an additional cost of 50AED.
What are your operating hours?
We work from Saturday to Thursday, 9am – 6pm, and our flowers are delivered from 9am onwards. On Fridays we are open from 9am to 5pm.
Are the vases free for all flowers?
No, the vases are only complimentary when you order a bouquet. The market flowers do not come with vases. You can choose between a vase or to have the flowers wrapped. We will only send one vase per bouquet – please do not order more vases.
Can I send an anonymous card?
You are more than welcome to send an anonymous card, but should the recipient call and ask us who sent them we will tell them, especially if we sense they are distressed or worried. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders with messages or cards that we feel are suspicious, threatening, upsetting or fraudulent.
